Khadijah has led an impressive career as a Harvard-trained lawyer and innovator in her several years working in the tech industry. She has spoken across the country, from Wharton - the leading business school in the US, to Salesforce’s Dreamforce - the largest software conference in the world.

She pivoted from working as a corporate lawyer to running a startup after launching her business with just a Google spreadsheet in 2019. In 2020, just three weeks after the public launch of her first startup, The Nile List, she won the first-ever virtual Black Girl Ventures Pitch Competition. Khadijah sold her first startup to Sean ‘Love’ Combs less than two years after founding it, and made it her mission to help create pathways to success for Black entrepreneurs and Black people in the tech/startup spaces since then. After the acquisition, she continued her mission by running Empower Global, the most cutting-edge marketplace of Black-made products, built in partnership with Salesforce and backed by Combs Enterprises, for two years. Throughout her tenure, several well-known industry publications, including The Grio, Forbes, CNBC, Today.com, BUST Magazine, and more, have featured Khadijah amplifying her mission and work.

Currently, Khadijah is breaking the mold of fashion by building CustomQuo, a tech-enabled custom clothing company.
