You're not underfunded. You're underprepared.

Most founders don't lose investors because the business isn't good. They lose them because the materials aren't ready, the story isn't tight, and the round isn't structured right. Not to mention, they don’t know where to find investors. Let's fix that.

Built for founders who are serious about raising.

You have a real business. You have traction or a clear path to it. What you don't have is a fundraising infrastructure that makes investors say yes.

This program is for founders who are preparing to raise a community or angel round and want expert support building the materials, structuring the deal, and running the raise from kickoff to close. Support that will help them raise from professional and institutional investors as well.

If you're:

• Getting ready to open a SAFE or convertible note round

• Building your investor materials for the first time and want them to be right

• Looking for someone to help you structure the SPV and run point on the investor process

• A Black founder who wants a partner who's invested in your success, literally

Then this is for you.

End-to-end fundraising support. Not just advice.

This isn’t a coaching program. It’s an operating engagement. I’m in the deal with you.

From intake to close. Here’s the process.

01 — Apply

Fill out the intake form. I review every application personally and will reach out within 1–2 business days if you're a fit.

02 — Intake Meeting

A 1-hour session where we review your materials, assess your data room, and align on timeline and terms. Your Readiness Audit is ready within 24 hours.

03 — Materials Sprint

If your materials need work, we do it before any investor sees anything. Every document gets reviewed. Every gap gets addressed.

04 — Terms & Documents

We lock in your round structure. I produce your SAFE or convertible note, ready for legal review.

05 — Prep & Launch

One hour of fundraising prep so you can handle any investor question without flinching. Then we launch — kickoff event, outreach, deep dives, managed close.

06 — Close

I run point on the SPV through close. Investors are onboarded, wires are tracked, and you get a clean close with one counterparty on your cap table.

I’m not just your consultant.
I’m in the deal.

I'm Khadijah Robinson — Co-Founder and General Partner of Fictive Ventures, and founder of KA Robinson Services.

I've structured SPVs, written investment memos, coached founders through pitches, and built the kind of community investor infrastructure that gets rounds closed. I work with early-stage founders at the hardest point, when the business is real but the infrastructure isn't there yet.

When I take on a fundraising support engagement, I'm not just giving advice. I'm running point. I'm in the deal with you.

  • No. But I prioritize Black founders because that’s the community I’m building for. If you’re not a Black founder but you’re a good fit, I’ll tell you.

  • You need a real business with real traction — or a clear, credible path to it. Pre-revenue is okay. Pre-product is not.

  • The full engagement typically runs 60–90 days from intake to close. Timelines vary depending on how much materials work is needed and how quickly your investors move.

  • Item description
  • Not automatically — but it’s possible. Fictive Ventures invests in early-stage founders. If your company is a fit, I’ll let you know. That’s not part of this engagement, but it’s not off the table either.

  • That’s what the Readiness Support package is for. We’ll do the materials work first — pitch deck, data room, narrative — then move into the raise. You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be serious.
