Khadijah Robinson is a Harvard Law School graduate, serial entrepreneur, and strategic business leader who transforms how founders approach growth and operations. After earning her MSc from University College London and J.D. from Harvard, she practiced at the premier international law firm Covington & Burling, leading complex investigations and achieving a 100% court success rate while advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters.

In 2019, while still practicing law, Khadijah founded The Nile List, a digital discovery platform for Black-owned e-commerce brands that gained national recognition in Forbes, CNBC, Oprah Daily, and other major publications. In 2021, she completed the acquisition of The Nile List by Sean 'Diddy' Combs through Empower Global, where she served as CEO for two years, growing the team by 20x and overseeing multi-million dollar technology development to build the most cutting-edge marketplace for Black-owned brands.

As an active angel investor in companies like CurlMix, Backpack Healthcare, and Ten to One Rum, Khadijah co-founded Fictive Ventures with Brahm Rhodes—a historic $5 million fund focused on both Black startup founders and Black investors. She currently serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Pharrell Williams' Black Ambition Fund, leads the Center for Black Entrepreneurship's LIFT Incubator, and provides fractional COO services to help founders build efficiently for scale. Additionally, Khadijah leads the non-profit, The PIT, with the mission to build an ecosystem where underinvested founders in Atlanta receive the resources, mentorship, and capital needed to innovate, scale, and create lasting economic impact. She maintains active bar memberships in New York, DC, and Georgia.
